Civilization comes along,then there is a rush to the urban areas,traditional homes are neglected.Come tough times in the cities,then the immigrants (emagoduka) remembers their roots only to come and oust those who have been maintaining the livelihood and upkeep.This is a land issue under the Chieftaincy system and a man putting his foot down that he wont move or budge title deed or not,this is his own land and he is the sole rightful owner.
